About the role
Responsible for the end-to-end Performance Management review process for the region. Responsible for processing confirmations, transfers, demotions, promotions for the region etc. Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans and implement . Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
