What you'll do
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently in SAP
- Review purchase requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procurement policies
- Verify all essential PO details, including item descriptions, quantities, pricing, GL codes, and vendor information, PO hygiene
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, and end-users) to obtain necessary approvals and clarifications if any before PO issuance
- Act as primary contact for vendors ( follow up on deliveries)
