What you'll do
- Design and formulate acrylics and rubber based novel pressure sensitive adhesives on market needs and customer specifications
- Responsible for continuous productivity and efficiency improvement through digitalization and automation, artificial intelligence and machine learnings
- Manage R&D process through Clarity platform including ideations to Project Develop stage
- Responsible for strategic idea generation aimed at cost mitigation and expanding the portfolio through new product development
