What you'll do
- Manage day to Facilities upkeep & canteen operations
- He should manage vendor contracts as a primary statutory welfare service, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, quality
- Oversee employee transportation including e.i staff buses, taxis, and company vehicles to ensure safe, reliable daily commuting for a smooth employee experience
- Manage plant facilities, timely uniform distribution, printing/stationery, and overall site amenities to maintain a functional, comfortable working environment
- Manage and govern welfare budgets (Capex and Opex), oversee purchasing/contract renewals
