About the role
The HR Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for the development, governance, and delivery of HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), delivering actionable insights that support strategic workforce planning, talent management, compliance, payroll, and operational decision-making.
What you'll do
- Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports across Oracle HCM Cloud
- Develop executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards for HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Create standardized reporting packages for workforce, talent, recruiting, compensation, diversity, payroll, absence, and organizational metrics
- Partner with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
