About the role
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and strengthen supplier engagement.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with global suppliers to obtain required regulatory documentation, including SDS, composition data, and compliance declarations
- Validate and maintain regulatory compliance records within SAP EH&S, UL WERCS, and related systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Evaluate raw materials against applicable global regulations, such as REACH, RoHS, Proposition 65, Food Contact, Conflict Minerals, and Toy Safety requirements
- Monitor supplier performance with respect to responsiveness, data quality, and turnaround times; escalate gaps or non-compliance to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and manage a centralized repository to facilitate efficient global access to regulatory information
