About the Role The MIS Analyst role applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and/or evaluating processes and data. The MIS Analyst identifies policy gaps and formulates policies, interprets data, and makes recommendations, researches, and interprets information, identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues, and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices.
What you'll do
- Providing intelligent analysis by using all available and relevant data
- Ensuring data integrity according to information security and integrity policies
- Generating and maintaining documentation of existing reports or MIS
- Ensuring that all reports are submitted in a timely manner with complete and accurate information - as and when required by the business
- Managing the queue of interactions in partnership with Supervisors by relaying real-time concerns on ALIX talk time adherence
