About the role
The primary responsibility would be to ensure training delivery through offline and online channels for all businesses in the region/zone through a team of regional training coordinators and trainers
What you'll do
- Facilitating programs across respective circles for employees posted there
- Planning and implementing new programs as per emerging requirements
- Connecting & following up with business
- And participants/absentees for attending the training programme and resolving
- Complete the mandatory training (VILT+ELT) within the timeline
