About the role
Relationship officer manages Legal and Technical activities. Monitors the vendor activities.
What you'll do
- Managing and monitoring legal and technical initiations to vendor, follow up, co-ordination for query resolution & report acceptance
- Managing Legal & Technical vendor empanelment, monitoring of vendors
- Co-ordination with vendors & Centralized billing team for timely bill processing, collection of No Dues Certificates from vendors for the respective CPC/Area offices
- Initiation of legal & technical deviation if any to the approving authority / TM/RTM/RLM/ACM/RCM
- Training to sourcing team on new changes, legal & technical checklist etc
