To achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target assigned to individual Managing Field Collection agencies / tele-calling team to help improve resolution rates for pre-write-off accounts and money collection on write-off Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows. Handle customer issues escalations Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
