About the role
The proposed CDEU will act as a centralized function responsible for end-to-end management of post-sanction documentation activities, including: Digital execution of Sanction Letters, KFS, Loan Agreements and transaction documents through Leegality. Execution of Addendum/Supplemental Sanction Letters and Addendum Facility Agreements.
