About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our secured business portfolio, specifically focusing on Loan Against Property (LAP). This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with foundational sales experience, overseeing and expanding our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network in Pan India
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to expand market reach
- Drive sales and achieve targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through the DSA channel
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business acquisition and revenue growth
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to DSAs to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges
