What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (Department/Functional Heads, Team Leads) to understand the business requirements & existing reporting state
- Perform Value Stream mapping, Root cause analysis, Benchmarking, Cause and Effect analysis, VOC analysis, Business proposition analysis etc as per project requirement
- Collaborate with internal Product/Technology teams to facilitate solution development and proactively identify and address potential technical and process challenges
- Drive enhancements of processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness (Process Improvement)
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders about the project status and drive meetings to meet the objectives of the assigned projects
