What you'll do
- Provide assistance in legal matters and in ensuring compliance with SEBI (Alternative Investment Fund) Regulations and SEBI (Portfolio Management Services) Regulations
- Provide legal assistance in reviewing documentation for structured debt deals and unlisted equity transaction
- Assist in legal matters including drafting and negotiation of legal agreements, correspondence, and other relevant documents
- Assisting in convening board and shareholders’ meetings and ensuring compliance with company law requirements
- Advising business on legal and secretarial matters
