What you'll do
- Responsible for managing off-roll team who are required to manage end to end relationship with the assigned set of investors. Ensure cross sales
- Responsible for hiring and assessing fit candidates for the process
- Tracking and highlighting possible customer issues due to improper lead management
- Ensure proper documentation of the operations process, keeping them updated on timely manner
- Ensure processes are consistent with defined compliance norms
