About the role
The Field Supervisor will lead field force recruitment, oversee on-ground logistics, and ensure the successful completion of all assigned data collection tasks. This role involves both direct field execution and team management, requiring regular regional travel.
What you'll do
- Onboard, coaching, training and monitoring the local field force
- Door-to-door interviews and drive platform app downloads
- Full accountability for getting all assigned field tasks completed on
- Camp events, health screenings and execute product sampling
- Vehicles, equipment kits and collaborate with Head Office
