About the role
Working hand-in-hand with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads, and Channel employees, you'll spearhead initiatives to enhance the productivity of our banking staff. Your collaborative approach will ensure seamless alignment towards our common goals. Devise compelling strategies and convincingly present them to Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular Recognition and Reward drives.
