What you'll do
- Daily inspection plan & execution with supplier. Follow the QAP / Customer specific QAP
- Inspection activity during manufacturing stagewise, record of critical points in job cards & review & check compliance
- Inspection activity for oil leakage testing. Ensure zero leakage at supplier end as well after dispatch
- 100% Transformer final testing & final inspection with required accessories
- Tracking of any non-conformity & required action plan implantation verification at supplier end
