We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager / Technical Lead to lead a high-performing Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud team while serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud developers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee project delivery to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards
- Manage project priorities, resource allocation, timelines, and client expectations across multiple engagements
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies
- Monitor team performance, utilization, and project metrics to drive operational excellence
