About the role
The Boiler Performance Manager is responsible for supervising boiler performance engineering activities associated with BPS projects, including department workload planning, proposal support, contract execution, engineering quality, schedule adherence, and technical deliverables.
What you'll do
- Engineering support required from outside the department
- Oversee contract execution from the Contract Kick-off meeting through completion of the Acceptance Test Report and conclusion of results engineering
- Oversee proposal efforts, including preliminary design, clarifications and exceptions, man-hour estimates, risk assessments, and schedule development
- Understand, update, and maintain Boiler Performance ISO work instructions
- Conduct annual performance reviews and submit appraisals for individual engineers
