About the role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive / Assistant E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage the complete backend operations of our e-commerce and quick-commerce channels. The role will be responsible for marketplace operations, FBA fulfillment, inventory management, listing/catalog operations, stock availability, returns, shipments, PO processing, invoicing, appointment-based deliveries, and inventory planning/forecasting .
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day backend operations across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, Blinkit and other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms
- Monitor marketplace dashboards for pending actions, errors, inactive SKUs and operational issues
- Coordinate with marketplace teams, warehouse teams, logistics partners and internal teams for smooth operations
- Ensure all operational activities are completed within defined timelines
- Identify operational gaps and proactively follow up for resolution
