About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Engineer with experience in end-user support, desktop administration, hardware troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining desktop environments, managing IT assets, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Support users through onsite and remote troubleshooting
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11)
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates
