About the role
We are looking for a D365 Retail & Commerce Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to assess customer retail operations, optimize Dynamics 365 Commerce configurations, and enable business users to fully leverage D365 Retail & Commerce capabilities across stores, channels, and customer engagement processes.
What you'll do
- Evaluate current customer configuration across Retail Headquarters, POS (Point of Sale), Call Center, E-commerce, Store Operations, Product Assortments
- Assess retail business processes and identify configuration gaps, operational inefficiencies, and system issues impacting store performance, customer experience
- Recommend and implement configuration improvements to optimize omnichannel retail operations, including store management, online sales, order fulfillment, returns
- Configure and support Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), Retail Channels, POS devices, payment integrations, fiscal integrations, and retail statement processing
- Review and optimize product information management (PIM), product catalogs, assortments, categories, attributes, barcodes, and channel synchronization processes
