About the role
Turn service delivery, grievance and programme data from multiple departments into insight for leadership. The analyst builds monitoring dashboards, tracks service KPIs and supports evidence-based decisions on citizen services.
What you'll do
- Collect, clean, validate and integrate data from departmental applications, APIs, RajDhara/State Data Centre sources, and flat files
- Design and maintain dashboards and MIS reports on service delivery timelines, pendency, grievance redressal, SLA compliance and department performance
- Define KPIs and performance indices, and run trend, root-cause, geospatial and comparative district/department analyses
- Identify bottlenecks, anomalies and service gaps, and present actionable recommendations to senior officials
- Prepare periodic briefing notes, presentations and ad-hoc analyses for review meetings
