About the role
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Developers to gather and analyze requirements for IAM systems. Assist in the design, implementation, and configuration of IAM solutions (e.g., Okta,SailPoint IDN, etc.). Work closely with application teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Developers to gather and analyze requirements for IAM systems
- Assist in the design, implementation, and configuration of IAM solutions (e.g., Okta,SailPoint IDN, etc.)
- Work closely with application teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
- Manage the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts, roles, permissions, and access policies
- Perform troubleshooting of IAM-related issues, including access problems, system failures, and performance bottlenecks
