About the role
We are seeking a motivated Intern – Compliance & Data Privacy with 0 to 1 years of experience to work in compliance and Data Privacy. The role involves supporting compliance audits, conducting privacy assessments, reviewing contracts, responding to RFP’s, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data protection regulations and information security standards.
What you'll do
- Perform compliance testing of statutory and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies
- Provide general administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed
- Review and summarize legal and regulatory changes that may impact the company’s operations
- Maintain and organize compliance records and documentation
- Assist in conducting research on privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices (Ex:GDPR, DPDPA, PDPL etc)
