Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition , will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires high-quality talent aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring for IT product development, engineering, consulting, and support roles while maintaining excellent stakeholder management and candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds
