About the role
We are looking for a Snowflake Operations SME with strong hands-on experience in Snowflake administration, production operations, deployment support, performance optimization, and cost management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with customers and engineering teams, handling production issues independently, coordinating incident resolution, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day Snowflake production operations and provide SME-level support
- Monitor and manage Snowflake warehouses, including sizing, scaling, auto-suspend/resume, workload management, and concurrency
- Troubleshoot and resolve production deployment and operational issues with minimal downtime
- Support production releases/deployments, including validation, troubleshooting, rollback coordination, and post-deployment checks
- Analyze and optimize Snowflake compute and storage costs
