What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end technical and functional support for the Trintech ReconNET application
- Manage reconciliation of retail POS sales transactions, credit/debit card settlements, cash transactions, and bank deposits
- Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, deposit discrepancies, settlement variances, and reconciliation exceptions
- Configure and maintain reconciliation rules, matching logic, workflows, and exception-handling processes
- Troubleshoot application issues, data integration failures, and reconciliation processing errors
