Execute and oversee upgrade activities across DEV, SIT, UAT, Pre‑Prod, and Production environments. Lead retrofit, integration, build preparation, deployment, patching, COB support, and environment management. Ensure alignment of retrofitted components with target release (R25) and upgrade standards.
