What you'll do
- As the Engineering Lead for the Survey CoE portfolio, you will own end-to-end engineering across the full Survey product suite — accountable for technology direction
- Own full-stack architecture and engineering outcomes across the Survey product suite, driving convergence toward common infrastructure, shared components
- Set technical direction for the portfolio and work closely with individual product engineering leads — providing direction, reviewing architecture decisions
- Drive shared platform capabilities across products — authentication, hosting, CI/CD, observability, security scanning, API standards
- Own security and data governance posture across the portfolio — access control, data sharing, compliance, and responsible AI use
