About the role
5-8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics, with strong hands-on experience in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL workstreams. Prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members is preferred. Advanced SQL knowledge (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, optimization, etc.).
What you'll do
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation
- Own project delivery across workstreams, managing timelines, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations to deliver high-quality, zero-defect output
- Gather business requirements and process knowledge, and translate them into scalable data models, transformations, and outputs aligned to end-user needs
- Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members; help allocate work effectively across resources to maximize team productivity
- Drive reusable capability building by creating assets, frameworks, and standards that can be leveraged across teams and service lines
