About the role
PPK Reporting & Analytics CoE has experienced strong growth as an internal business intelligence and analytics business over the years. Given the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Senior Associate to support the core team and drive the analytical capabilities to its full potential over the next phase.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of data pipelines, reporting processes, and analytical workflows, leveraging SQL and Python to improve data quality
- Own defined workstreams or components of larger analytics and data engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to support data ingestion, preparation, modeling, and analysis, contributing analytical inputs that help shape robust
- Implement and promote best practices in data management, semantic layer usage, and business intelligence reporting, ensuring consistency, performance optimization
- Actively contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team environment, supporting team initiatives and reinforcing shared standards, values, and ways of working
