What you'll do
- Conducting patent Search & technical analysis of Prior arts to decide FTO/ Infringement/ Patentability/ Invalidity: Shall demonstrate Strong patent searching skills…
- Drafting of patent applications (provisional/ Complete), Formulation of claims to protect the inventions in an effective manner
- Coordinating with R&D design Team members and internal stakeholders to stimulate patent filing & innovation and to collect necessary technical details and information
- Prosecution of Patent Applications (India/ International): Preparing detail technical response for objections raised in examination reports. Support in IP enforcement
- Search, review & analyse competitor patents and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risk & opportunities
