About the role
To ensure timely and accurate processing of customer repayment transactions through various banking channels, maintain operational efficiency, support reconciliation activities, and coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless repayment operations.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end transaction banking operations including NACH, UPI, Direct Debit, and other payment collection channels
- Handle Re-presentation activities based on confirmations received from the Collections team
- Coordinate with multiple banks and vendors to ensure timely depositions as per the defined operational calendar and agreed timelines
- Ensure timely status updates, effective follow-up, and closure of issues while maintaining Zero Open Items
- Monitor and analyse Banking MIS , identify non-workable cases/exceptions, and initiate corrective and preventive actions
