About the role
The role focuses on creating innovative, aesthetically appealing, ergonomic, and technically feasible designs aligned with brand identity, customer expectations, and market trends (product brief) The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, product development and other cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts meet styling, ergonomic, performance, safety, quality, and production company product brief requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead motorcycle concept development, styling, and design refinement
- Create sketches, digital renderings, 3D models, and design presentations
- Define vehicle proportions, surfaces
- Ensure rider ergonomics, functionality, and effective vehicle packaging
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product planning, and prototyping teams
