About the role

To ensure timely and efficient export shipment execution through effective vessel booking management, coordination with distributors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and CHAs, while ensuring accurate and compliant export documentation for seamless international deliveries. Export BU > Marketing, Business Planning & NMD, Operations, Sales (Africa / SAME / LATAM / ASEAN)

What you'll do

• Plan and arrange export bookings based on distributor requirements, production readiness, payment status, and vessel schedules
• Coordinate with distributors, regional business teams, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to secure timely vessel bookings and optimize shipment planning
• Liaise with CHAs to ensure timely availability of containers at ports, ICDs, and manufacturing locations
• Monitor booking confirmations, vessel rollovers, cut-off timelines, and sailing schedules, and proactively resolve capacity constraints
• Optimize shipping routes, transit times, and freight utilization while ensuring adherence to customer delivery commitments
