MGR (PPC) at Bajaj Auto. Lead production planning, scheduling, and material availability to meet daily and monthly production targets for 2W EV production.
What you'll do
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and material availability to meet daily and monthly production targets for 2W EV production
- Plan and regulate product mix using Runner–Repeater–Stranger logic and share rolling production plans with stakeholders
- Ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to point‑of‑use while maintaining optimum inventory levels
- Develop long‑term demand and capacity planning models aligned with supplier capability and EV ramp‑up plans
- Manage BOM accuracy and material consumption for correct accounting, especially in engineering‑intensive EV programs
