Specialist - Premium ICE EEE VI at Bajaj Auto. Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality, assembly (DFA) / serviceability (DFS).
What you'll do
- Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality, assembly (DFA) / serviceability (DFS)
- PLM (Teamcenter) release activity at various vehicle stages & UG NX 2D,3D handling, drawing preparation & review
- Support vehicle programs through the entire life cycle including; design, prototype builds, vehicle test and production
- Co-ordination with various cross functional teams for testing, Homologation, vehicle batches (Proto, Pilot, SOP), Plant, service
- CAN communication analysis, diagnostics troubleshooting, DTC analysis and software flashing using standard automotive tools
