What you'll do
- Own and deliver automated Business Compliance reporting & dashboards for MFI and Gold businesses with high accuracy and timeliness
- Build and optimize SQL-based data pipelines and logic to support scalable analytics and reporting needs
- Design and implement Regulatory and Non-Regulatory KPI frameworks, enabling standardized performance and compliance tracking
- Drive end-to-end automation of calling workflows, including trigger-based case identification, prioritization, allocation, and disposition tracking
- Develop AI-driven monitoring solutions for real-time KPI tracking and proactive risk identification
