About the role
To provide PMO governance and operational coordination for the IT Compliance and ServiceNow GRC/IRM vertical by enabling structured planning, accurate reporting, risk and issue visibility, timely stakeholder follow-up, audit readiness, and closure of compliance actions and platform initiatives.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain the integrated PMO plan for IT Compliance and ServiceNow GRC/IRM initiatives, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues
- Prepare weekly and monthly governance dashboards, MIS, management presentations and executive summaries covering project status, compliance posture, control performance
- Coordinate governance forums with IT Compliance, risk, audit, information security, ServiceNow platform, business and technology teams
- Monitor policy, control, risk, issue, exception, evidence and remediation records in ServiceNow GRC/IRM and follow up with accountable owners to maintain completeness
- Support internal audits, external audits, regulatory reviews and control assessments by coordinating evidence requests
