What you'll do
- Manage the overall HR life cycle of all the mapped employees primarily IT and 3in1 vertical employees
- Be a single point of contact for internal stakeholders in all HR related queries
- Achieve the target department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives
- Use people skills related to employee retention to manage the overall attrition target of the organization
- Connect with employees during branch visits, face-to-face and telephonic discussions and gauge the pulse of their engagement with the organization
