What you'll do
- Minimum required Accountabilities for this role
- Own sprint prioritization by consolidating business priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery constraints with stakeholders
- Create, baseline and maintain the integrated delivery plan covering milestones, sprint commitments, dependencies, releases and critical paths
- Coordinate sprint execution with the SDM, Developers and QA; track progress, blockers, actions and recovery plans while the SDM remains accountable for delivery outcomes
- Lead capacity and resource planning, maintain demand-versus-capacity views, and highlight skill or allocation gaps for timely resolution
