About the role
We are seeking a motivated Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our Plant & Module Engineering (PME) team in Bangalore and contribute to the development of plant facilities and modularized solutions for energy applications. This position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects that support the energy transition through efficient, safe, and industrialized design approaches.
What you'll do
- Support the design of structural systems and civil works associated with industrial plants, including steel structures, modules, buildings, foundations
- Contribute to solutions that are integral to our plant layouts, with a focus on modularization, constructability, and lifecycle performance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure that designs are integrated, compliant, and aligned with project specifications, execution strategies
- Perform design, analysis, and verification of structural systems to ensure integrity, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and project specifications
- Develop engineering solutions for steel modules, platforms, pipe racks, structural steel frameworks, concrete foundations, and general civil works
