What you'll do
- Administer and maintain Alteryx Server and KNIME Server/Business Hub, including setup, configuration, upgrades, patches, licensing, and maintenance
- Manage daily platform operations, including workflow deployment, scheduling, execution, runtime monitoring, and production support
- Manage queues, connections, credentials, user access, and platform configurations across Alteryx and KNIME
- Monitor platform health, availability, performance, capacity, usage, licensing, and workflow activity
- Identify operational risks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Systems Engineering and Infrastructure teams
