What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high performing Marketing Specialists in India
- Establish team goals aligned with business priorities, oversee performance management, and drive capability-building initiatives to enhance team skills, effectiveness
- Oversee resource allocation, balancing workload, and capacity planning across projects, campaigns, and business priorities, proactively managing seasonality
- Establish quality standards, governance processes, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, consistency
- Develop and present performance, capacity, and business review reports to leadership
