What you'll do
- Prepare and review journal entries, cash reporting, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Support the quarterly and annual financial reporting process by preparing and reviewing reporting packages, analyzing key variances
- Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations and notices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable fund agreements
- Research and provide information to assist the client-facing engagement team in resolving client or investor inquiries
- Prepare and review management fee calculations, carried interest calculations, distribution waterfalls, fund-level and investor-level allocations or rebalancing
