What you'll do
- Manage the administration and operational support of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and internally developed applications, ensuring high availability
- Oversee application lifecycle management, including onboarding, upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and retirement, and lead application transitions
- Establish and maintain governance standards, policies, and operational procedures for enterprise applications, including access management, security controls
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and regulatory requirements, and maintain application documentation, standards, and operating procedures
- Manage software licensing across enterprise and SaaS applications, monitor license utilization, and optimize license allocation to reduce costs
