About the role
Plan and facilitate skilling, career awareness and employability activities for adolescents and young people, while supporting referrals and linkages to relevant training, certification, education, employment and livelihood opportunities.
What you'll do
- Conduct needs and interest assessments for adolescents and youth
- Deliver structured sessions on 21st-century skills, career awareness, employability and work readiness
- Facilitate orientation on vocational courses, certification, and education-to-employment and self-employment pathways
- Support young people to identify suitable pathways and facilitate referrals/linkages
- Maintain participant profiles, attendance, referrals, and enrolment and outcome records in MIS
