About the role
Lead city-level planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, risk management and stakeholder coordination. Ensure delivery against the approved Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP), budget, programme standards and safeguarding requirements, while building government convergence, partnerships, community ownership and sustainability.
What you'll do
- Lead preparation, implementation and review of the city-level DIP, work plans, targets and budgets
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Urban Flagship Centre and community outreach
- Coordinate Academic Support, Health & Nutrition and Skilling & Livelihoods Facilitators and Community Volunteers
- Ensure mandatory centre-based services and community-based interventions are implemented with quality
- Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement with government departments, ULBs, schools, AWCs, health facilities, academic institutions, CSOs, corporates
